The rented space is a 20 square meter with a private entrance hall. The room is equipped with a super king sized bed 55 inch flat smart T.V and professional vinyl player. your private bathroom is equipped with a hot tub & unique design.
An additional 80 square meter roof terrace with a swimming pool & Jacuzzi shared by all 4 suites on premises. additional lobby dinning room sports room & reception are open for use to all hotel guests.
This private room is not feasible for disabled accessible and requires climbing few floors by stairs.

One-of-a-kind loft in a historic building in downtown Haifa. located on the roof of one of the oldest buildings in Haifa. an Ottoman central space structure from the end of the 19th century that been converted to a Art gallery & boutique Hotel.

Guests have access to a luxury lounge with high ceiling and state-of-the-art sound systems, a wood fireplace, piano, a swing and unique overall design. Vegetarian kitchen is open for guest use between 8-11 am, there is a coffee & tea corner open for customers 24/7 . with bar stools and dining area for 10 people. an alternative sport and game zone equipped with a skateboard mini-ramp, ballet bar, punch-bag & VR oculus headsets. private massage can be schedule for the sport room for an additional fee. there is an extra shower and toilet room for convenience. the structure shares a balcony with unique urban view and roof top with additional kitchen , a covered swimming pool & jacuzzi with an additional hot shower. The pool is available throughout the year while being partially covered. The temperature of the swimming pool in the winter time is around (20-24C) jacuzzi temperature (38-39C).

The compound is located about 100 meters from Haifa Center-HaShmona train Station, about 50 meters from the upper metro and bus station and about 200 meters from the Haifa subway station and about 300 meters from the direct ferry to Acre. Adjacent to the property is a very wide range of entertainments and great food areas from delicious and cheap street food to quality restaurants. At nights there are a wide variety of bars and clubs.
